Email hello@storagemadeclear.co.uk. There is no form on this page, on purpose. Version 1 of the site does not want your quote, your phone number or a list of what you are storing. The calculators were built so those details stay on your machine.

The address above is a placeholder in the site configuration. The owner should replace it with a mailbox they actually read before the site is announced. Until then, do not send anything you would mind arriving at an unmonitored inbox.

What we can help with

A mistake in a guide, a sum that does not match the methodology, or a page that is unclear. If you write, you do not need to include the full quote. “The four-weekly example does not match the converter” is enough. Please do not attach passports, tenancy agreements, or card details. We will not ask for them, and we do not want them.

What we cannot do

We cannot book a unit, negotiate a store’s price, or tell you which branch is best for your street. We do not have live availability, and we are not going to pretend. For a reservation, a deposit refund or access on moving day, you need the provider named on the contract. We also cannot take a complaint about a store on your behalf.

If you are comparing two prices, the true cost calculator is the tool. If you are unsure of the size, start with the size calculator and then look at a real unit. The email address is for the guide, not for a valuation of your furniture.
